It is run personally by Jack and has no affiliation with any school, employer, vendor, or certification body. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Use of content
The content here is a mix of original writing and material derived from or inspired by third-party educational sources, including widely used cybersecurity frameworks such as OWASP, NIST and MITRE ATT&CK. It is provided for educational, non-commercial use. The original content is owned by Jack. You are welcome to use the site for personal study, but you may not republish, sell or redistribute it without permission. If you believe any material infringes your intellectual property, contact jackghx@proton.me and the issue will be looked into.
3. Acceptable use
The site is provided in good faith. Please do not scrape, copy or redistribute the content at scale, and do not attempt to damage, overload or interfere with the site or use it for any unlawful purpose. The hands-on challenges and techniques covered here are for learning and for lawful, authorised use only, against systems you own or have explicit permission to test.
4. Disclaimer of accuracy
This site is written to be helpful and accurate, but no guarantees are made. It may contain errors and may not reflect the most recent standards or specifications. It is not a substitute for official materials, so please cross-reference official sources such as framework documentation and vendor guidance. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk.
5. Availability of the site
The site is free and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. There is no guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. Pages and features may change, move or be removed without notice, and the site may be taken offline at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Data and privacy
The site uses privacy-respecting analytics and sets no cookies. You can use most of the site without an account. The course offers an optional account that stores your email and progress so they follow you across devices. No data is sold or shared. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
